It represents the lunar star and stands as the direct counterpart to Sun, forming a mythical duo with Solgaleo. This Pokémon is immediately recognizable thanks to its wide wingspan and crescent moon-shaped wings.

Lunala is a Ghost and Psychic-type Pokémon, a rare combination that grants it interesting resistances but also notable weaknesses in strategic battle.
