Detailed information
General overview of Mega Delphox
In the games of the Pokémon Legends series, Mega Delphox stands out for its ability to manipulate particularly powerful psychic flames. Through this transformation, this Pokémon gains reinforced stats and a battle style based on mastery of fire and psychic powers. This form notably improves its offensive potential and its control of the battlefield.
Like many Mega forms, Mega Delphox appears temporarily during a battle after using the gem corresponding to its species, called Delphoxite. This transformation allows the Pokémon's stats to increase and improves its strategic performance in various battle situations.
Description and appearance of Mega Delphox
The description of Mega Delphox highlights a spectacular transformation of Delphox's body. In this form, the Pokémon moves while suspended in the air above a long burning branch. This branch serves both as a support and a weapon, fueled by flames in yellow and pink hues.
Two flaming rods float around it, reinforcing the mystical and magical aspect of this Pokémon. The tips of its fur turn dark purple and lengthen, as does its tail. The white fur on its chest extends further while the yellow part shortens to form a sort of natural epaulet.
The center of its body remains red, but new markings appear, including an orange patch above its muzzle which has also become orange. The white fur on its cheeks grows longer and falls onto its shoulders. The tufts present in its ears also change shape and take on a bordeaux hue at the center.
Stats and moves in battle
In its Mega form, this Pokémon benefits from a significant improvement to its stats, particularly in Special Attack and Speed. The HP and base stats remain similar to those of Delphox, but the bonuses brought by Mega Evolution allow its effectiveness in battle to increase considerably.
Mega Delphox has the ability Levitate. This ability allows it to float above the ground and grants it complete immunity to Ground type attacks. In many strategic battles, this ability can reduce certain vulnerabilities and improve survival time on the field.
Flame-based attacks and Psychic type moves remain at the core of its fighting style. It can manipulate burning branches to bewitch its opponents, then launch a gigantic fireball to deal significant damage. This combination of Fire and Psychic attacks allows it to effectively target different types of enemies.
Evolution and the Mega Delphox family
Mega Delphox belongs to the evolutionary family of Fennekin. This evolutionary line begins with Fennekin, a Fire type starter Pokémon introduced in the modern generations. Fennekin then evolves into Braixen at level 16.
Braixen in turn evolves into Delphox starting at level 36. Once this stage is reached, it is possible to obtain Mega Delphox thanks to the Delphoxite during a battle. This transformation not only modifies the Pokémon's appearance but also improves its stats and moves.

Shiny form and differences
Like many Pokémon, Mega Delphox has a Shiny form. In this version, the normally yellow fur turns gray. The orange areas on the forehead and ears take on a salmon hue while the dark purple parts turn light purple.
The tip of the nose also takes on a salmon color, creating a notable visual difference compared to the standard form. Despite these color changes, the stats and moves remain identical.
Regarding differences between individuals, there is no distinction between male and female for this species. Both have exactly the same appearance, the same height, and the same stats in battle.
