Espurr is among the Pokémon most commonly used early in the Pokémon X and Y games thanks to its quick access to several useful Psychic moves.

Espurr is classified as a small Pokémon, but its mental abilities more than compensate for its size. It is primarily oriented toward special stats, making it an interesting choice for players looking for a fast-evolving special attacker. Type and weaknesses

Espurr is a pure Psychic-type Pokémon. This type allows it to be effective against Fighting and Poison types, but it also has several notable weaknesses. In battle, care must be taken against Bug, Ghost, and Dark moves, which deal super-effective damage.
