The Pokémon Company has confirmed a new limited-time event for Pokémon Pokopia. Titled Fetching Scales for Feebas, it runs from August 13, 2026, at 5:00 a.m. to August 28, 2026, at 4:59 a.m. local time. Feebas, the Fish Pokémon, comes to town and asks players to collect Prism Scales, which can be exchanged for items and swimming-themed furniture.
Fetching Scales for Feebas event dates
The event is available for a fifteen-day window, from August 13, 2026, at 5:00 a.m. to August 28, 2026, at 4:59 a.m. local time. Once that window closes, the Feebas activities are no longer accessible in town. As with previous Pokémon Pokopia events, no return date has been announced.
Where to find Feebas in town
Feebas appears in front of any rebuilt Pokémon Center. Players therefore need to have finished rebuilding at least one Pokémon Center before the encounter can trigger. Once the conversation with Feebas has taken place, the event collection activity becomes available.
Prism Scales and event rewards
The event currency takes the form of Prism Scales. These are gathered throughout the event period and traded with Feebas for several types of reward:
- a variety of event-related items;
- swimming-themed furniture;
- decorative pieces intended for aquatic habitat building.
The exact number of Prism Scales required per reward has not been disclosed by The Pokémon Company.
Milotic and habitat building
The furniture obtained during the event is used to build habitats suited to Water-type Pokémon. Feebas and its evolution, Milotic, will move in once those spaces have been arranged. This follows the core loop of Pokémon Pokopia: attracting specific species by building environments that suit them.
Excluded areas and related official content
The event is limited to town. It does not take place in Bubbly Basin, the underwater area introduced by Part 1 of the Pokémon Pokopia Expansion Pass, nor on Cloud Islands. Two further official resources round out the experience: a free downloadable digital planner for organising storage containers and documenting progress, and a neighbour quiz covering some of the Pokémon players will meet in the game.
